Job Description

  • Promptly and professionally handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes.
  • Manage monthly billing for principal services.
  • Plan and coordinate daily delivery and collection schedules.
  • Follow up and respond promptly to customer enquiries, backorders, contracts, and requests.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Warehouse, Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes accurately.
  • Follow up with key customers regarding outstanding invoice payments.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide administrative support as needed and serve as a backup for team members when required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales coordination, or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
