Job Description

  1. Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries ,issues, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
  2. Exceeding customer expectation in terms of service & accurate information.
  3. Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
  4. Proficient in computer typing skills
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Good computer literacy
