Job Description

  1. Customer Service Support,
  • Provide efficient and effective day-to-day operations to meet service quality and timely delivery of products to customers
  • Unpacking orders received from optical stores
  • Assist Customer Service Team Lead in assigned and agreed process.
  • Identify areas of improvement and work with team members for proposing, planning and execution.
  • Handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective or existing customers
  • Process customer orders that are placed by phone, email, fax or collections
  • Assisting customer effectively by solving disputes
  • Provide customers with additional information or explain services
  • Check jobs inquired and update customers on their status
  • Work closely with the sales team in meeting customers requirements
  • Input data for delivery orders (eg. Replacement/Complimentary/Bonus goods)
  • Sort and file returned delivery orders
  • Complete other necessary paperwork and data entry as required
  • Any other duties as and when assigned
