This is a full-time, on-site role located in UOA Business Park for a Customer Service Specialist - Mandarin Speaker. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining effective communication with customers, and consistently delivering an excellent customer experience. You will act as the voice of the company, ensuring every customer interaction is handled professionally with attention to detail and respect.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and providing excellent Customer Service
  • Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and effective communication abilities
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and maintain attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous
  • Minimum Diploma (completed certificate)
