Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist-Mandarin, based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves delivering excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and concerns, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The specialist will engage with Mandarin-speaking customers through various communication channels, adhere to professional phone etiquette, and provide a seamless customer service experience.
