Job Description

  1. Customer Service Support,
  • Provide efficient and effective day-to-day operations to meet service quality and timely delivery of products to customers
  • Unpacking orders received from customers record and storing the spectacle and lenses at the designated area (Pigeonhole)
  • Priority in handling the incoming frames for QC (CCTV) and Tracing supported with recording system (U8 & PCS)
  • Process customer orders that are placed related to Cut, Edge & Fit if required
  • Assisting customer effectively by solving disputes
  • Contact customers with the edging defect and re-order accordingly through Visustore.
  • Complete other necessary paperwork and data entry as required
  • Assist Customer Service Team Lead in assigned and agreed process.
  • Identify areas of improvement and work with team members for proposing, planning and execution.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned
