Job Description
Location: Rawang, Selangor
Department: Sales
Are you experienced in managing customer orders from order confirmation through delivery, invoicing and payment collection
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our Sales team and manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations for overseas customers.
This is not a call-centre role. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order fulfilment, timely delivery, accurate documentation, effective payment follow-up and strong coordination between customers and internal teams.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full O2C process, including customer registration, forecast updates, order entry, order confirmation, delivery coordination, reconciliation, invoicing and payment collection.
- Liaise with overseas customers and support cross-border order execution.
- Verify pricing, quantities, delivery terms and supporting documents before order release.
- Apply Incoterms to manage delivery responsibilities, risk-transfer points and payment terms.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Monitor shipment and delivery status; proactively resolve delays, discrepancies and customer concerns.
- Follow up on payments and accounts receivable, working with Finance on overdue-payment cases.
- Support customer credit checks, payment-history reviews and order-risk assessments.
- Balance customer demand, service level, inventory exposure and operational cost.
- Maintain accurate order, delivery, payment and customer records in SAP and related reports.
- Support customer visits, audits, commercial discussions and other sales-related activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service, sales operations, order fulfilment or order management.
- Hands-on experience in O2C processes, logistics coordination, invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Experience supporting overseas customers and international order execution.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international delivery terms.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer credit control or order-risk evaluation is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and taking ownership of the customer order journey, we would love to hear from you.
