Job Requirements
Education: At least a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field of business administration.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Attitude: A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Tech Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office.
Experience: Prior customer service experience is a bonus but not required. Sales knowledge and experience are highly valued.
Flexibility: Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
