Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, based in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries via various channels. Responsibilities include maintaining professional communication, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing overall customer experiences. Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery are also core aspects of the position.

  • Strong skills in delivering outstanding Customer Experience
  • Knowledge and practice of professional Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
