Job Description

Position: Customer Support (Mandarin)

Salary: Upto 4500 Basic + Shift Allowance (300)

Location- Malaysia

Project- Igaming/ betting

Must open for Rotational shifts including night shift

Fresher candidates are welcome

Experience- maximum total 5 years experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Response and follow up to customer inquiries through live chat, Calls and email.
  • Provide product information to customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions on improving customer service process and experience to superior.
  • Maintain a positive, responsible, empathetic and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction.

Must haves:

  • SPM level or above. Trilingual in English, Chinese and Malay (verbal, written & read).
  • Minimum 1 years working experiences in any customer service role.
  • High stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have own laptop.
