Partner Lifecycle Management:
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners that fit objectives.
Maintain proactive partner communications.
Building and executing a data-driven B2B partner/affiliate strategyfor the partners:
Conducting market analyses to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
Creating optimization strategies for partners to improve performance for new advertisers.
Evaluating industry trends, new tools, and platforms to integrate into the program for added advantage.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Deliver weekly and monthly performance dashboards, forecasts, and insights.
Leverage data to refine recruitment, activation, and spend strategies.
Provide ad-hoc analyses and cross-channel attribution insights to optimize incrementality.
Client & Industry Representation:
Act as client's representative at industry events, webinars and with top-tier partners.
Provide ongoing client support and status calls to review performance and priorities.
Requirements:
Ideal Profile to Target:
Experienced inaffiliate marketing, partnerships, or channel development, ideally with a B2B or network-growth lens.
Skilled instrategic planning, partner recruitment/management, and data-driven optimization.
Comfortable managingprogram operations, compliance, and reportingat scale.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities; able to represent the client at events/webinars.
Local languages are mandatory, minimum 1 local language
English speaking proficiency is a must

Able to think on the spot when driving action.
Able to learn quickly.
