Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Success Representative (Mandarin). In this position, you will provide exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and cultivate positive experiences for clients. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a key role in fostering strong relationships and delivering impactful services to Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong skills in Communication and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with CRM systems or similar tools is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer support are an advantage
