Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Mandarin Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing information on products and services, resolving customer issues, and delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role also involves accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and feedback, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless problem resolution and support.

Qualifications

  • Min SPM graduate
  • Min 6 months - 1 year of CS exp, BPO sector preferred
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (read, speak, write)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using customer service tools, CRM systems, and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift
