Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist (Banking Industry) located in PJ. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns, offering proactive support, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, offering guidance and insights to clients, and working collaboratively with internal teams to improve overall service delivery and customer retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Min. 1 year customer service experience in BPO or banking preferred
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (write, read, speak)
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts if required
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure positive experiences
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Communication to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build rapport
  • Analytical Skills to understand customer feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
