Customer Success Specialist - Crypto / KL
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialists to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As part of OSL, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our growing customer base. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including live chat and email, while providing a strong customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
- Handle high volumes of inquiries quickly, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in response times.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage, track, and resolve customer interactions efficiently.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in customer service processes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services; crypto experience is highly preferred.
- Languages: Professional-level English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with our target global customers.
- Knowledge of crypto exchange and futures products.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and excellent communication skills.
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Shift Work: This position requires working in shifts to ensure 24/7 operational support and availability of digital asset platforms.
- Hybrid Work: This role is hybrid, providing flexibility while ensuring you can effectively support our digital asset platforms from a location that suits you.
