Eligibility: Malaysian citizens, candidates holding a valid Spouse Visa or Resident Pass

Education: Diploma and above

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support for a video hosting project through the required communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, technical concerns, and issues related to video hosting services.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshooting guidance, and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established procedures and service standards.
• Meet the required performance, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification or above.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Comfortable using computers, digital platforms, and online systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to work on-site at G-Tower, Ampang Park, Kuala Lumpur.
• Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Open to Malaysian citizens and eligible candidates holding a valid Spouse Visa or Resident Pass.
