About the Role

English Customer Support Role in Penang, Malaysia, supporting a global brand as an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with orders & questions (via phone & email)
• Stay calm, professional, and helpful
• Handle personal data with care & accuracy
• Share feedback & help improve the customer experience
• Keep learning & growing with your team

Qualifications

• Have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Experience in Customer Service industry is a plus

Required Skills

• Speak and write English at B2 level or higher
• Type 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy
• Know your way around a computer (MS Office, Windows, etc.)
• Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
• Love helping people & solving problems
• Want to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Pay range and compensation package
