You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Speak and write English at B2 level or higher (Malaysian)
  • Have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Type 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Know your way around a computer (MS Office, Windows, etc.)
  • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Or, you're a fresh grad in English/Comms/MassComm
  • Love helping people & solving problems
  • Want to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
