- Support customers with orders & questions (via phone & email)

You're a Great Fit If You:
- Speak and write English at B2 level or higher (Malaysian)
- Have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Type 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Know your way around a computer (MS Office, Windows, etc.)
- Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
- Or, you're a fresh grad in English/Comms/MassComm
- Love helping people & solving problems
- Want to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
