This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist (Japanese) in Georgetown or Bayan Lepas. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product/services information, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Success Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will be responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information based on the enquiries received via inbound phone call and email channels.
The CSS will be the primary contact for customers using the client's website shopping channel.
Qualifications
Open to fresh graduates
Call center experience is an added advantage
Flexibility to work rotational shifts
Key documents, including a passport, diploma and acedemic transcript, must be ready for submission
