Roles and Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
Receive inquiries from overseas clients through phone calls, work orders, and other forms. Provide solutions to problems to clients based on corresponding processes and product business situations, and keep service records.
Key points of work:
1Provide customers with complete and accurate solutions and product information, solve customer problems, and provide high-quality services
2Promote continuous optimization of product features and improve user experience through user feedback on product issues and optimization suggestions
3Customer-oriented, actively following up and serving customers, actively coordinating internal resources to solve customer problems, and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
4Proactively summarize the problems encountered, form knowledge accumulation, organize them into a knowledge base, and improve service capabilities.
