As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Client Success Specialist who enjoys building trusted client partnerships and coordinating high-impact digital campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with internal specialists and clients across multiple platforms, ensuring campaigns are delivered with clarity, accountability, and results.

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships through calls, emails, and meetings, becoming the trusted advisor clients rely on for their digital growth.
- Project Coordination – Oversee website, landing page, and banner design projects to ensure smooth execution, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Campaign Support – Support and coordinate client campaigns across SEO, Google, Meta, TikTok, and XHS, ensuring platform strategies align with client objectives and performance goals.
- Performance Reporting – Maintain consistent communication, share campaign updates, and present performance insights that drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with internal teams to understand client goals, manage budgets, propose effective solutions, and ensure all deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Administration, or Diploma with 3+ years of client servicing experience showcasing your dedication to excellence.
- Industry Knowledge – Background in digital marketing or a related field, with a solid understanding of how online campaigns drive real business growth.
- Detail & Delivery Focus – Proven ability to manage multiple projects with precision, meet tight deadlines, and ensure every client experience exceeds expectations.
- Communication Skills – Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage and manage clients across diverse markets.
- Problem-Solving & Relationship Building – A natural negotiator who resolves challenges proactively and turns them into opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
- Project Management Advantage – Project Management certification is an added advantage.
