Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented in the system.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and helpful attitude in all communications.
  • Adhere to shift schedules and consistently meet performance targets.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Mandarin (written and reading), with the ability to communicate in basic English.
  • Minimum education SPM or above.
  • Strong typing speed, written communication, and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
