We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Support). This position focuses on providing assistance to customers via email and live chat only, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Mandarin (written and reading) and able to communicate in basic English.
- Strong typing, written communication, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site at Kelana Center Point, Petaling Jaya (Selangor).
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
