.Qualification
- sProficient in Mandarin (written and reading) and able to communicate in basic English
- .Strong typing, written communication, and comprehension skills
- .Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- .Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- .Must be able to work on-site at Kelana Center Point, Petaling Jaya (Selangor)
- .Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
