Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Support). This position focuses on providing assistance to customers via email and live chat only, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

.Qualification

  • sProficient in Mandarin (written and reading) and able to communicate in basic English
  • .Strong typing, written communication, and comprehension skills
  • .Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • .Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • .Must be able to work on-site at Kelana Center Point, Petaling Jaya (Selangor)
  • .Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
