Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support customer operations for a business services environment.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in customer service, contact centre, BPO/shared services, customer operations, banking operations, order management, logistics, retail operations, FMCG operations or back-office operations. Fresh graduates may also be considered if they are comfortable with structured and repetitive operational work.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through email, phone and digital service channels.
Support order placement, order amendments and delivery status updates.
Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to resolve customer issues.
Manage customer queries relating to accounts, payments, orders and documentation.
Support dispute management, feedback, complaints and service recovery activities.
Assist with online service support, user setup and basic system access enquiries.
Track issues, follow up on open cases and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate customer and account information in internal systems.
Requirements
Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience in customer service, contact centre, BPO/shared services, operations or back-office support is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude may be considered.
Good communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable with repetitive and structured operational tasks.
Reliable, disciplined and able to follow through on assigned work.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and seek clarification when needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Monday to Friday, normal office hours
