The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will handle customer requests, manage concerns, and provide specific information based on enquiries received through inbound phone calls and emails. The CSS will serve as the primary contact for customers using the clientâs website shopping channel.
Qualifications
Education Background:
- Bachelorâs Degree or at least a Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
- Must have B2 level English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and aural comprehension) .
Work Experience
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in customer support in any industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome with degrees in English with Communication, English for Professionals, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Call centre experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in Taiwanese.
