We are headquartered in Singapore and is expanding rapidly. We are looking for driven Customer Success Specialist to join our KL Office.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To manage incoming emails and live chat from customers in relation to our products and services.
  • To deal directly with customers by phone, email and social media.
  • To resolve product or service issues by clarifying and understanding customers requirements.
  • To ensure and provide quality service to customers.
  • To maintain updated records of customers information.
  • To record details of enquiries, comments, and complaints.
  • To compile reports on overall customer satisfaction or complaints.
  • To complete any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with at least Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U/Diploma will have an added advantage.
  • Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in the related field, or in Fintech industry, those without are welcome to apply.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fast learner and self-motivated.
  • Mandarin speaking and writing will be preferred.
