Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Support team in Southeast Asia. This is a great opportunity for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
