Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
