Our client, an international gaming technology company, is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join their team!
What You'll Do:
Perform Level 1 corrective and preventive maintenance (Systems & Slots)
Support customers in Malaysia and overseas
Manage service tickets and ensure SLA compliance
Build strong client relationships through excellent support
What You'll Bring:
46 years of technical support experience
Diploma in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to travel (domestic & international)
Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
Malaysian citizenship (required)
