Field inbound & outbound calls and exhibit the correct sales and customer experience behavior's throughout the entire interaction
Take a consultative approach to uncovering needs and forming solutions of new products and services that will help their businesses succeed

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above.
Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply
Full Training Provided
Fluent in the required language Cantonese & English (speaking, reading, and writing)
Applicant must be willing to work on Monday to Friday (including PH if PH falls between Monday to Friday)
Willing to Relocate to George Town Penang.
