Job Responsibility

  • Field inbound & outbound calls and exhibit the correct sales and customer experience behavior's throughout the entire interaction
  • Take a consultative approach to uncovering needs and forming solutions of new products and services that will help their businesses succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.

  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above.
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply
  • Full Training Provided
  • Fluent in the required language Cantonese & English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Applicant must be willing to work on Monday to Friday (including PH if PH falls between Monday to Friday)
  • Willing to Relocate to George Town Penang.
