SNS Chat Support LOB1 (General inquiries related to advertisements)

DOJ: March 30

Training: April 6

HC: 2

Basic Salary: RM8,700

KPI: Maximum RM800/month

Shift: Rotational Shift

Nationality: Only Native Japanese

Application Process: 1 hour TL interview (30 minutes face to face + 30 minutes chat role play)

SNS Chat Support LOB2 (Meta verification badge specialized support)

DOJ: April 6

Training: April 13

HC: 3

Basic Salary: RM8,700

KPI: Maximum RM500/month

Shift: Start between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Nationality: Only Native Japanese

Application Process: 30 minute TL interview in Japanese
