Job Title: Japanese Speaking Customer Service Executive (JLPT N1 / N2)

Location: Cyberjaya / KL Sentral, Malaysia

Salary: RM 8,000 RM 9,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Rotational Shifts (No Midnight Shift)

Job Description:

We are hiring for our client for the position of Japanese Speaking Customer Service Executive to support a Travel & Reservation project. This role involves assisting Japanese-speaking customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings and reservation support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support to Japanese customers via phone, email or chat
  • Assist with travel bookings, reservations, itinerary changes and general travel inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction standards are met

Requirements:

  • JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 certification required
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese
  • Prior experience in Customer Service / Travel / Hospitality is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (No midnight shifts)
