Job Description

We are hiring Japanese speaker

Salary: RM7500-9000 basic + allowance+ kpi

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Shift: Rotational 24*7

Employment Type: Full-time

Provide exceptional customer support to Japanese travelers using a leading global travel & booking platform. Assist via calls, chats and emails regarding reservations, payments, itinerary changes, travel policies, and post-travel concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with flight / hotel / travel package bookings & modifications

Handle refunds, cancellations, rescheduling & booking failures

Provide accurate travel information including policies, pricing & availability

Resolve travel disruptions and escalate complex issues when required

Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction & service quality

Follow SOPs, compliance guidelines & maintain data confidentiality

Requirements

Native / Fluent Japanese

Good English communication skills

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree (any field)

Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory

Strong problem-solving & customer-centric attitude
