We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative fluent in Mandarin to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to Mandarin-speaking clients in Southeast Asia.
  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
