Job Description:
- Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone promptly, while also fostering positive relationships with client
- Sustaining friendly interactions during inbound calls, emails or live chats within a dynamic contact center environment
- Assisting in educating customers about products & alternative digital banking platforms
Working Hours:
- Schedule: 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational)
- Working Hours: Rotational shift (7am-4pm, 1pm-10pm)
- Daily hours: 9 hours per day
Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent course
- Strong command of ENGLISH & BAHASA MELAYU in both verbal & written communication (COMPULSORY)
- Able to commit working on rotational shift to support international market
- Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening skill.
