About the Role:
A global technology leader is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their Order Experience team. This role focuses on managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, service quality, and seamless communication with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and validate product and service contract orders in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams on order status, invoicing, credits, shipping updates, and product issues.
- Handle customer and internal inquiries related to orders, invoices, and contract entitlements.
- Manage assigned customer accounts and support key clients when required.
- Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting for all assigned orders.
- Meet defined service-level metrics and ensure a positive customer experience.
Who Should Apply:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Order Management, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
