Role Description
As a Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin & English) at ENVO BPO, you will provide exceptional service to customers of a branded client, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution of inquiries. Daily tasks include assisting customers with their questions in Mandarin and English, addressing and resolving technical or product-related issues, and maintaining accurate and professional communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur, with work hours from Monday to Friday.
