Job Description

This is a Customer Service role (Voice, Chat & Email) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

You'll be supporting customers in Swedish / Danish / Norwegian / Dutch + English, handling queries, complaints, and general support via calls, chat, and email.

Key details:

Location: Kuala Lumpur (on-site)

Shift: 24/7 rotational (5 days working, 2 off)

Requirement: German language + basic customer service experience (6–12 months preferred)
