Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls and email support
Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and collections
Maintain accurate customer records
Ensure service quality and meet KPIs
Working Schedule
5 working days, 2 off days (rotational)
Shifts between 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Salary & Benefits
Salary: RM 4,000 + up to RM 300 KPI allowance

Requirements
Minimum Diploma/bachelor's qualification
Fluent in Mandarin speaking
At least 6 months BPO Customer Service experience
Minimum B2 level English proficiency
Basic MS Excel skills (required for Collection role)
