Customs/Kastam Engineer

Job Functions / Responsibilities / Tasks

• Responsible for import and export documents checking and handle import and export clearance
• Responsible to code with customs clearance exceptions
• Responsible to apply tax exemption documents
• Responsible to match commodity HS CODE and entry in TMS system
• Responsible for import permit application
• Responsible for export certificate of origin application
• Responsible to handle import and export related matters, such as signing transportation contracts and applying for customs clearance agency expense
• Responsible to submit various kind of customs report

Expected qualifications & degrees

• Bachelor's degree
• Priority will be given to those with customs declaration certificate

Professional experience

• Min 2 years of experience in customs declearance.
• Have a good understanding of regulation for HS CODE and customs policy .
• Have a good understanding of certificate of origin application.
