In this role, you'll manage multiple IAM-related programs and lead Agile ceremonies across teams. You'll work closely with product owners, developers, and cybersecurity teams to ensure the IAM roadmap is successfully executed and aligned with enterprise security standards.
Primary Skills (Must Have)
- Strong Project Management and Scrum Master experience
- Hands-on involvement in IAM (Identity & Access Management) initiatives (SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, etc.)
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (Security, Infra, Product, Tech Teams)
Secondary Skills (Good to Have)
- Cybersecurity exposure
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services
- Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps for progress tracking and reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage project scope, risks, timelines, and dependencies
- Track and report progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Remove delivery bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee IAM solution enhancements (SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM)
- Ensure alignment with enterprise cybersecurity architecture and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT / Information Systems / related field
- 8+ years in Project Management
- Minimum 3 years in a Scrum Master capacity
- 3+ years working with IAM platforms or security frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have: CSM / PMI-ACP, CISSP / CISM / CIAM, experience with Okta / Azure AD / SailPoint / ForgeRock, knowledge of DevSecOps & Cloud Security.
