About the Job
We're seeking a Cyber Security Architect to lead IT and OT security architecture, ensuring resilience against evolving threats. This role drives strategy, compliance, and innovation in critical infrastructure security, with strong exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, and oil & gas industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and govern the security blueprint across IT & OT domains
- Serve as a corporate security architect, aligning people, processes, and technology
- Lead technology transformation and standardization (cloud, applications, security by design)
- Develop and deliver the Security Architecture Roadmap
- Research emerging technologies to strengthen OT systems
- Ensure compliance and mitigate cybersecurity risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in ICT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 10+ years in architecture, with 23 years as a Security Architect
- Solid background in manufacturing industry, supply chain, and OT systems
- Exposure to oil & gas sector and complex industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and risk management
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage up to Clevel stakeholders
