Job Summary:
Thales is seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and manage complex cybersecurity projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of cybersecurity systems, focusing on both application and infrastructure. You will oversee project and resource scheduling, tracking, risk management, and quality assurance throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead a team of 20+ professionals, managing a variety of medium to large-scale, complex projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to align project objectives, propose delivery schedules, and secure the necessary resources.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project workstreams based on comprehensive understanding of project scope and deliverables.
- Operations Transition: Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition into Business-As-Usual (BAU) management.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with key stakeholders across different teams to improve alignment and prioritize joint initiatives with technology and business teams.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to manage scope, schedules, and cost for project deliverables.
- Project Success Metrics: Ensure success by focusing on clear planning, timely delivery, customer expectations, and milestone completion.
