D365 F&O Support Engineer roles focus on maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations systems for enterprise clients.

Location : Anywhere in Malaysia

Mode of hire: Perm role with sonata

Mode of work : Remote

Language proficiency: Mandarin & English (read/write/speak/listen)

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for Dynamics 365 F&O environments, troubleshooting issues in finance, supply chain, and warehouse modules.

Monitor system performance, resolve incidents via ticketing tools like ServiceNow, and perform root cause analysis using X++ debugging.

Handle data fixes, customizations, and extensions while ensuring compliance with upgrade paths and hotfixes.

Required Skills

Proficiency in X++, LCS (Lifecycle Services), Power Platform, and Azure integrations for F&O.

Experience with data migration, batch jobs, and reporting tools like Power BI.

Strong problem-solving in high-availability setups.

Qualifications

Bachelors in computer science or related field, plus 3+ years in D365 F&O support. Certifications like MB-300/310 preferred.
