Summary

The candidate should have 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations (D365 F&O), covering development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise across Supply Chain Management modules, experience in both implementation and support projects, and active involvement in enhancements, change requests, POCs, demos, and pre-sales activities. The candidate should also have working awareness of the broader Dynamics ecosystem, strong documentation capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Job Description

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Operations (Development, Configuration, Validation, Deployment)
• SME-level expertise in SCM modules: Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Production Control, Warehouse Management, and Master Planning
• Experience across Implementation and Support projects with clarity on percentage split and level of involvement
• Hands-on involvement in Enhancements, Change Requests, POCs, Demos, and Mini Projects
• Contribution to pre-sales activities including RFP, RFS, and RFI
• Basic awareness of Dynamics ecosystem tools such as Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Dataverse
• Strong documentation skills including FDD, IDD, and knowledge repositories
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
