Role Overview:
Strong Dynamics 365 SCM Lead profile with experience in Asian country rollouts (Singapore, Taiwan, China Shanghai, China Beijing, Korea, Japan).
Key Requirements:
Must have experience in D365 FO implementation as an SCM Lead
Translate business requirements into scalable D365 solutions
Understand local business processes, legal, and statutory requirements
Identify local gaps, risks, and dependencies early
Understand the Global Template solution
Map and implement localization requirements as per template for APAC rollout
Strong communication skills
Ability to articulate well and assess target audience needs

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Fit-Gap analysis
Conduct Impact analysis
Create Design specifications based on high-level design
Prepare Functional test plans
Development:
Work with technical team
Review technical solutions and artifacts
Testing:
Perform validation activities
Implementation:
Work on Go-Live activities
Stakeholder Engagement:
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with business teams
Strong client and internal communication skills
Experience working in highly collaborative teams
Additional Requirements:
Prior experience in international project setups
Experience working with central project teams and local business units
