Key Responsibilities
- You will have the opportunity to lead our SCM projects across SEA, working closely with the practice leadership by providing your skills to solution new projects.
- Mentor local/nearshore teams to deliver on D365 SCM for our customers, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes.
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes.
- Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use.
- Lead client workshops, analyse business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps.
- Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints.
- Support key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets client expectations
Qualifications
- 6+ Years of experience with Dynamics 365 as a SCM consultant.
- Strong understanding of core and extended functionality in Manufacturing
- Experience leading workstreams, collaborating tightly with the counterpart at the customer.
- Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders as it relates to status and progress on projects.
- Strong consulting and client-facing experience from an implementation partner.
- Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology.
- Dynamics 365 SCM certifications are a plus
