Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Python and AWS experience to support the development and optimization of call analytics solutions. The role focuses on building scalable data pipelines, processing call recordings and metadata, and maintaining cloud infrastructure to generate actionable business insights.
This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in data engineering and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Pipeline Development
- Develop and maintain Python-based data pipelines to extract call recordings and call metadata from telesales autodialer systems.
- Automate ingestion of recordings and metadata into AWS S3 for downstream processing.
- Design and implement structured YAML-based pipeline configurations for workflow orchestration.
- Build transcription pipelines to convert call recordings into text and combine them with associated call metadata.
- Develop data processing pipelines to analyze transcripts and generate KPIs and performance reports.
2. Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps
- Maintain and enhance the Callsight cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS.
- Manage infrastructure deployed via Terraform and extend capabilities based on evolving business requirements.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud components.
3. Reporting & Business Insights
- Design automated KPI generation workflows from processed call data.
- Support business stakeholders with structured reports and actionable insights derived from call analysis.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and traceability across all processing stages.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data pipeline development.
- Experience working with AWS services (S3, compute services, IAM, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Experience designing structured data workflows using YAML configurations.
- Experience working with audio transcription workflows is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
